Cancellation Policy
1. Payments, Deposits & Refunds A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your place. All payments (including deposit and instalments) are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, or travel issues. Payment plans must be completed by the specified due dates. Late or missed instalments may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. 2. Transferring Your Booking If you can no longer attend: You may request to transfer your spot to another person. Transfers must be approved by Lume Retreats in writing. You are responsible for finding the replacement attendee. Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
