1. About Lume Retreats

Lume Retreats is hosted by Anna, Reiki Master Teacher & Sound Healer, and Bianca, Spiritual Medium.
Our next retreat will be held in Ubud, Bali – May 3rd–8th, 2026.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (“Guest”) and Lume Retreats (“We”, “Us”, “Organisers”).

2. What’s Included

Your retreat package includes:

• 5 nights accommodation in a private villa in Ubud

• Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• 2 × Reiki healing session (individual)

• 2 × Mediumship session (individual)

• 2 × 60-minute massage

• Daily group workshops and healing activities

• Opening & closing ceremonies

• Welcome gift

• Scheduled group excursion

• Airport pick-up and drop-off (Central Bali only)

• Unlimited water, coffee, tea and snacks

• Access to villa amenities and Wi-Fi

All inclusions are subject to change based on weather, safety, or provider availability.

3. What’s Not Included

The following are not included in your retreat package:

• Flights to and from Bali

• Travel insurance (mandatory)

• Bali visa fees (if required)

• Additional massages, healings, or optional activities

• Personal shopping, snacks, or drinks outside provided meals

• Medical expenses and medications

• Transport outside retreat schedule

 

4. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

• All payments (including deposit and instalments) are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, or travel issues.

• Payment plans must be completed by the specified due dates.

• Late or missed instalments may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

 

5. Transferring Your Booking

If you can no longer attend:

• You may request to transfer your spot to another person.

• Transfers must be approved by Lume Retreats in writing.

• You are responsible for finding the replacement attendee.

• Only one transfer is permitted per booking.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By attending the retreat, you agree to:

• Participate voluntarily in all activities

• Act respectfully and safely within the retreat environment

• Follow instructions from facilitators

• Not consume drugs or alcohol that impair your judgment during activities

• Acknowledge that your belongings and personal choices are your responsibility

We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner, without refund.

7. Travel Documents & Requirements

You are responsible for:

• A valid passport

• The correct Bali visa

• Meeting any vaccination or health entry requirements

• Arriving on time on the scheduled retreat dates

Lume Retreats is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

 

8. Mandatory Travel Insurance

All guests must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation

• Medical treatment

• Unexpected illness or injury

• Lost or delayed baggage

• Natural disasters or travel disruptions

Proof of travel insurance is required 30 days before the retreat.
Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation without refund.

 

9. Health, Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

• This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

• You should consult your doctor if you have medical concerns.

• You participate in all healing sessions, workshops, and excursions at your own risk.

• You are responsible for any medical costs incurred during the retreat.

10. Changes to Itinerary

The retreat itinerary may be altered due to:

• Weather

• Safety concerns

• Local conditions

• Provider availability

• Unforeseen circumstances

These changes do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

 

11. If We Need to Cancel

Lume Retreats may cancel the retreat due to:

• Minimum numbers not being reached

• Safety or health concerns

• Travel restrictions

• Natural events or emergencies

If we cancel the retreat entirely, you will receive a full refund of retreat payments only.

We do not refund:

• Flights

• Travel insurance costs

• Any other personal expenses

12. Media & Photography Consent

By attending the retreat, you consent to:

• Being photographed or recorded during sessions and activities

• Lume Retreats using images & videos for marketing, social media, and promotional materials

• Waiving any rights to compensation or ownership of the media

If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing before arrival.

 

13. Liability Waiver

By joining the retreat, you agree that:

• You attend at your own risk

• You release Lume Retreats, its hosts, facilitators, and contractors from all liability for injury, loss, damage, illness, or delays

• You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and property

This includes travel, accommodation, third-party services, and participation in activities.

 

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances outside our control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Illness outbreaks

• Flight cancellations

• Political unrest

• Acts of God

If these events impact the retreat, we will attempt to reschedule or modify the program.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian law.
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.

By booking a place at Lume Retreats, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions above.
